With this dual-band wireless USB network adapter, the VICTRON Color Control GX can connect to a WiFi network on the frequencies 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. The adapter can be used to connect to wireless networks of type a, b, g or n, and has two sensitive 5dBi antennas and electrical amplifiers for optimal reception with transfer rates of up to 300 Mbit/s over distances that can reach up to 3 times further than with a standard WiFi adapter.
This versatile dual-band network adapter has 2T2R (2 transmitters, 2 receivers), multiple input / multiple output (MIMO) and can connect to older wireless access points (which may only work on a frequency of 2.4 GHz) and to modern WAPs that support the less busy frequency band of 5 GHz.
