Für den Mehrwertsteuersatz von 0 % auf Solarmodule und Heimbatterien in Deutschland gelten folgende Bedingungen:

- Die Solaranlage muss eine Leistung von bis zu 30 kW (Spitze) haben.
- Die Solaranlage muss in Deutschland installiert werden.
- Die Solaranlage muss zur Stromerzeugung für den Eigenbedarf des Eigentümers genutzt werden.
- Der Eigentümer der Solaranlage muss sich im Marktstammdatenregister registrieren.

Sind alle diese Voraussetzungen erfüllt, kann der Lieferant bzw. Installateur der Solaranlage dem Kunden einen Nettopreis „zzgl. 0 % Mehrwertsteuer“ in Rechnung stellen. Das bedeutet, dass der Kunde keine Mehrwertsteuer auf die Kosten der Solaranlage zahlen muss.

Der Mehrwertsteuersatz von 0 % für Solarmodule und Heimbatterien gilt vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2029. Er soll die Installation von Solaranlagen in Deutschland fördern.

Hier sind einige zusätzliche Dinge, die Sie beim Mehrwertsteuersatz von 0 % beachten sollten:

EN: Exactly! All US2000 old and new models are compatible with each other. Very important thing is the sequence of the batteries. From old to new version. First (bellow) in the line is the old version and you can build it up with new versions.
