1. Shipping costs

All our products are exclusive of shipping costs, you can indicate yourself on the checkout page, following the chosen products, which shipping method you want to use.

2. Damage during shipment guarantees that your order will be packed and shipped with the greatest care. What to do if something goes wrong?

2a. The package does not arrive

What to do if you do not receive your package? Have you not received anything 3 working days after shipment? Report this to us via the CONTACT page and then we start an official inquiry at the mail. If you have not received your package 10 working days after the start of the inquiry, we will consider the package officially lost and resend the goods.

2b. The goods in the package have arrived broken

If your order is broken or damaged during shipment, or a product does not work, we will ask you to return it and we will replace it. If replacement is not possible, we will refund your money.

3. Delivery times

Packages ordered on workdays will be shipped within 24 hours. Arrival within 1-3 business days.

4. We have (partially) canceled your order can cancel orders. We do this, for example, if a credit card is registered as stolen. Or if an ordered product appears to be damaged or not in stock. In this case we will inform you by e-mail and help you where possible.

5. An order for a foreign address ships orders worldwide. processes orders from all over the world. Exceptions are the countries where restrictions or embargo have been imposed by EU or WTO.
