The Victron Energy Lithium SuperPack 12.8V/100Ah NG is a next-generation LiFePO₄ battery designed as a practical replacement for traditional lead-acid batteries in motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trucks and other mobile or off-grid applications.

With a nominal capacity of 100 Ah and 1280 Wh of stored energy, this model provides a strong combination of energy capacity, compact dimensions and high current capability. Its format and terminal layout are designed to simplify installation in a wide range of vehicles and electrical systems.

A major advantage of the SuperPack NG is its built-in Battery Management System and integrated battery monitor. Cell balancing, protection and monitoring are handled internally, eliminating the need for a separate external BMS. Software protection covers overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, undertemperature and overcurrent conditions.

Bluetooth Smart is integrated as standard, allowing wireless monitoring and configuration through the VictronConnect App. Important information such as state of charge, battery temperature, warnings and alarms can be viewed directly, while firmware updates and configuration changes can also be carried out wirelessly. Victron's Instant Readout function allows key battery information to be viewed from the device list without establishing a full connection.

The battery also incorporates an External Feedback Signal (EFS). This configurable output can be used as an External Disconnection Signal for additional system protection or as an External Charging Signal linked to the low-state-of-charge pre-alarm threshold.

For operation in colder environments, the SuperPack NG includes an integrated self-heating system. In Charger mode, the heater uses power from the connected charger when cell temperature falls below the safe charging threshold. In Auto mode, the battery can use its own stored energy to keep the cells warm enough for charging. Below 0°C, charging is automatically suspended while the cells are heated and resumes when a safe charging temperature is reached.

Two integrated LEDs provide information about Bluetooth connectivity, warnings, alarms and firmware status. A physical On/Off push button can disable both charging and discharging, providing a convenient way to isolate the battery during maintenance or extended storage.

The battery offers a 93% round-trip efficiency. Victron specifies a cycle life of 2500 cycles at 80% DoD, 3000 cycles at 70% DoD and 5000 cycles at 50% DoD, with remaining capacity of at least 80% of nominal under the stated test conditions.

Parallel connection is supported for increasing total stored energy, although overall system current must remain within the maximum current the battery can safely interrupt. Series connection is not permitted. The battery may be installed upright or on its long side when supported on a flat horizontal surface.
