The Victron Energy Lithium NG 12.8V/200Ah is a high-performance LiFePO₄ battery designed for demanding off-grid, marine, mobile, residential and professional energy-storage systems. With a nominal capacity of 200Ah and 2.56kWh of stored energy, it combines long service life, high charge/discharge capability and advanced battery monitoring in a robust IP65 enclosure.

A major feature of the Lithium NG generation is its integrated shunt and cell-monitoring system. Battery voltage, current, cell status and temperature data are transmitted directly to the compatible BMS, allowing accurate state-of-charge calculation and real-time system supervision through VictronConnect, a GX device or the VRM Portal.

The battery provides up to 200A continuous charge and discharge current, with a short-duration discharge capability of 400A for 10 seconds. Its LiFePO₄ chemistry offers excellent cycle durability, with approximately 2,500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, 3,000 cycles at 70% DoD, and 5,000 cycles at 50% DoD, while retaining at least 80% of nominal capacity.

Lithium NG batteries can be connected in series, parallel or series/parallel configurations, making it possible to build larger 12V, 24V and 48V battery banks. Up to 50 batteries may be used in applicable 12V/24V battery-bank configurations, allowing substantial energy-storage expansion.

For safe system operation, a compatible Lynx Smart BMS NG 500A or 1000A is mandatory and must be purchased separately. The BMS automatically detects system configuration, controls charging and discharging, manages warnings and protection functions, and automatically updates battery firmware.

With IP65 protection, included mounting brackets and the option to install the battery upright or on its side, the Lithium NG 12.8V/200Ah offers a flexible and durable storage solution for advanced Victron Energy systems.
