The BYD Battery-Box HVB is BYD’s newest-generation true high-voltage battery storage platform, engineered for high efficiency, strong power output, and fast installation. HVB uses cobalt-free LFP cells developed in-house in a solid die-casting case, combining safety and long-term reliability for professional ESS deployments.

True HV architecture with ≥95% round-trip efficiency

Fast, clean installation: patented internal plug connection; single-person installation concept with 1 module < 30 kg and full tower < 1.3 m
Flexible expansion: “extend anytime at any SOC” (platform feature)
Smart management functions such as automatic SOC adjustment, remote diagnosis and OTA (system/inverter dependent)
Scalable systems: up to 3 towers in parallel for a maximum of 89.07 kWh (where supported)
