Please note: if you are using this EPM with a Solis Series 5 (S5) inverter. An EPM firmware upgrade is required for the EPM and the S5 inverter to communicate. The S5 inverter may have a 16-digit serial number which causes the issue. If your inverter has only 15-digits, an upgrade is not necessary. If the EPM is online (on Wi-Fi), this update can be done remotely. Alternatively this update can be performed using the Solis Upgrade Stick or a smart phone provided you have the latest firmware saved locally.
