The Victron BMV-700H battery monitor is a special battery monitor for battery systems with a high voltage from 60 to 385 VDC. The monitor is only suitable for systems with a grounded negative pole (battery monitor is not isolated from shunt).
A battery monitor provides insight into your power consumption and the status of the battery. An indispensable tool for monitoring the battery bank. In addition to battery voltage, current and ampere-hours consumed, the BMV-700 series also indicates the charging status (%), time remaining and power consumption in watts. This set consists of (see images) a monitor with associated shunt (500A) and a cable set; no further parts are needed.
Standard properties:
- System information about battery voltage, current, power, ampere hours consumed and charging status
- Remaining time at the current discharge rate
- Programmable visual and acoustic alarm
- Programmable relay to shut down non-critical loads or run a generator if necessary.
- 500 A shunt with quick coupling and connection set
- Shunt selection up to 10,000 amps
