The Victron Cerbo GX is the brand new communication center for the perfect control and maximization of the performance of your system, wherever you are. This latest addition to the GX series combines the best of connectivity and redefines smart energy solutions in every way. Simply connect via:
> the VictronConnect app, thanks to the built-in Bluetooth functionality
> the Victron Victron Remote Management (VRM) portal
> direct access via the separate GX Touch 50, a multifunction display (MFD)
The GX Touch 50 connects to the Cerbo GX via a single cable. This is permanently attached to the GX Touch 50 which on the other side splits into a USB and a connector for the video signal. Both must be plugged into the Cerbo GX through one of the three USB ports. The USB portion of the cable is used to power the GX Touch 50. The cable is 2 meters long and cannot be extended in length.
The Victron Cerbo GX is a new addition to the current Victron GX product range.
Perfect monitoring & control
Get instant insight into battery state of charge, power consumption, power harvest from photovoltaic (PV), generator and grid, or check tank levels and temperature readings. Easily control the current limit of the shore power, (automatic) start/stop for generator(s) or change settings to optimize the system. Respond to alerts, run diagnostics, and resolve challenges remotely. The Cerbo GX turns any power challenge into an effortless experience.
Maximize your system performance
The Cerbo GX maximizes the performance of your system components in real-time and keeps them perfectly aligned. With the Dual Core processor and the addition of an additional CAN bus port you can now support even larger systems; monitor managed (lithium) batteries closely while the second port supports up to 25 simultaneously connected VE.Can solar chargers. Using the new NMEA 2000 output, the GX can be easily integrated into any boat's network. Four tank and four temperature ports, as well as 3 VE.Direct ports, 3 USB ports, 4 digital inputs and 2 relays allow you to take control to a new level. Maximizing system performance has never been easier.
Expand your view
With the new (optional) GX Touch 50 screen you have a direct overview of your system and you can adjust the settings in the blink of an eye. The super thin 5-inch waterproof design, top-mount design and easy installation provide great flexibility in creating a sleek and clear dashboard.
Easy mounting and configuration
The Cerbo GX is now optimized to exceed the expectations of professional installers. The device is easy to mount on a DIN rail (with the DIN35 adapter small, not included) and its separate touchscreen can now be bolted to a dashboard, eliminating the need to make perfect cutouts (as is the case with the Color Control GX). It connects with a single cable, saving you the hassle of running multiple cables from the dashboard. Its new Bluetooth function allows quick connection and configuration via our VictronConnect app.
Solve any power challenge
The Cerbo GX serves endless purposes and offers perfect control for the most diverse applications. For solutions related to generators, such as marine, or standby & unplugged systems, it will automatically start or stop your generator, or delay ignition until the end of the 'quiet' periods. For Energy Storage Systems, it keeps backup batteries at 100%, powers up during power cuts and redirects excess (solar) energy to self-consumption, saving you money. In the case of motorhomes and emergency vehicles, it ensures that vital systems function flawlessly. Just to name a few...
GX products are Victron Energy's state-of-the-art monitoring solution. The family consists of a number of 'Venus' devices, each specially suited to a particular type of installation. The Victron Energy 'Venus' program currently consists of the Cerbo GX, Color Control GX, Venus GX, CANvu GX, Octo GX, Maxi GX, MultiPlus-II GX and the EasySolar-II GX.
The Venus device is the core of the system - providing monitoring and acting as the communication center of your installation. All other system components - such as inverters/chargers, solar chargers and batteries - are connected to it. The Venus device makes them all work in harmony. Monitoring can be performed locally ... or remotely - via the free-to-use Victron Remote Management portal (VRM). The Venus device also offers remote firmware updates and even lets you change settings remotely.
